Problems using your credit card? If you are having problems processing the shopping cart, please be sure you have done the following things. The security settings are set to accept Credit cards using the card holders name as it appears on the credit card billing statement. Example: Don't use Bill Jones if the name on the credit card is William Jones. Use the Exact address that is shown on the billing statement. If the address is a PO BOX, you only need to enter the number. Don't enter the words 'PO BOX.' Enter complete street addresses. (ex. 185 Boyer Lane) If you want it shipped to another address, there will be a place to indicate the ship to address. Please be sure the ZIP code is entered Correctly. The security code is the three digit number located on the back of the credit card in the signature space. If you are still having problems, call your credit card company to verify the correct billing name and address.
Ordering by Mail You can also send me a Money order or a check. Please be sure to include shipping fees plus $1.50 for handling. Easiest way to get your order printed out is to use the shopping cart to place your order. Before you enter your credit card information or move on to PayPal, print the page that shows your order listed with the payable amount and your address. This will also help you be sure you are sending the correct shipping fees. When sending a check or MO please make it out to Patty Boyer, not Spirit Connection Store. Package hasn't arrived? When your package was shipped (US orders only), you were sent tracking information. This is the ONLY way to know where your package is. I cannot provide you with any additional information or status on your package. If your package is late, take the tracking information to your local PO and have them trace the package to find out where it is. Overseas orders can be provided the tracking numbers upon request. Once your package enters the postal system, I am no longer responsible for it.
