1) If you have a problem processing your credit card, go here for help.
2) When I placed my order, my credit card was declined but charges are showing up on my credit card. Am I being charged for the declined transaction? No. Whenever the transaction is declined, your card will NOT be charged. However, the transaction will appear on your credit card for 5 to 7 days then will be dropped. The charges will be dropped because the transaction was declined and the credit card gateway will not process the transaction.
3) Why is my card being declined here when I use it other places with no problems? The security settings used in the credit card transaction is very high. Meaning, EVERYTHING must be exact. This protects you and I against credit card fraud. Refer to question 1 for more information.
4) I haven't received my order yet. When can I expect it? (US. orders only) Most orders are shipped within 10 business days. Business days means 5 week days not including holidays. When your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via E-mail. Please be sure to use a valid e-mail address when placing your order. All orders will require your signature upon delivery. If in the US, you will be sent tracking information IF your e-mail address is valid and we are not blocked or considered spam. Before you try contacting us for more information, please make sure you have not already received the tracking information. Once your package enters the Postal Service, the ONLY way to locate it is with the tracking information. That is the only information I have.
5). I am overseas and I want to place an order. How will I be billed for additional shipping fees. Once your order is packed and the weight is determined, you will be billed through PAYPAL or a special check out page will be created for you to pay additional fees unless otherwise arranged.
6). Why can't you add items to an order already placed? I have NO access to your credit card information. When you place your order, you are taken to a secure page provided by the credit card processing company. They receive your financial information (credit card number, etc). When the transaction is completed, they send me confirmation of the transaction. I NEVER have access to your credit card information when you use the shopping cart.
7). I need to contact you about my order. What is the best way to do that for the fastest response? The only way is with an email. Please include your name as it appears on the order, the date of the order, and what you ordered. Include what the problem is and I will try to find the answer you need. Before you e-mail check to see if your question isn't already answered in the questions asked on this page.
8.) I want to place an order by mail. How do I do that? To send an order in by mail, please use the shopping cart to create the order. Then, before processing it, just print it and send in the total amount. Include a check or Money Order made out to Patty Boyer for the total amount and send to: Spirit Connection Store, 185 Boyer Lane, Titusville, PA 16354
9.) Why can't I find your phone number? I don't have my number listed for a couple of reasons. 1st. Web spiders collect this information and I am besieged with unwanted phone calls. 2nd. Trying to answer the phone keeps me from my work. I am busy making your order or someone else's. I have found that questions CAN be addressed by e-mail. I will acknowledge that your inquiry has been received. I will answer in a timely manner with your answers (hopefully) :)
10.) I want to call you to place an order. I don't like using my credit card over the internet. I will not accept phone orders. I apologize for this inconvenience but I feel it is necessary. You can mail your order, or I can bill you through PAYPAL. (This is still using your credit card over the net). I want to reassure that when you use the shopping cart, that high security is implemented. You will be taken to the credit card gateway maintained by the credit card processing company. This will be a secure website. I am never given access to your private information.
