We ship using Parcel Post. Express shipment NOT available. If your package is lost or damaged, please notify us. Please allow 30 days for domestic deliveries, however, most deliveries take about 10 business days. Allow longer time for hand made items. We can require Signature Confirmation upon delivery of larger orders. If you received your package and items are damaged or lost, Please keep the damaged items, receipt and packaging so a claim can be processed. Overseas delivery and insurance is not guaranteed. Please email for more information if you have any questions. Recently, our shipping rates have decreased.
A $3.00 Handling fee will be added. This covers packaging, insurance and signature confirmation.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: The rates above are meant to be an average rate that is fair for everyone. This means we DO occasionally have to absorb some of the shipping cost. On the rare occasion that you order a lot of items that have a low price but are very heavy, such as metal rings, the shipping cost can become more than we can, or should have to, absorb. Therefore, we reserve the right to increase the shipping charge, and bill you, up to the actual amount of shipping when the amount we would have to pay exceeds $1.00. Thank you.
DELIVERY OF GOODS should take 10 to 14 days from receipt of payment . Please email for more information if you have any questions. Exceptions do occur. An exception to this is an order containing a custom order for hand-made item(s). Since these are made to your specifications, there may be additional time required for delivery, making it 2 to 4 weeks, or longer, for custom orders. See "Shipping Charges" above for more information. Also see Backorders below. Regular shipping rates DO NOT include insurance.

substantial increases, you will be notified prior to shipping your order to you.

RIGHT TO CHANGE OR MODIFY THE COMPONENTS OF ANY KIT SHOULD ANY ITEM(S) NOT BE
AVAILABLE. THIS CHANGE WILL IN NO WAY LESSEN THE QUALITY OF THE KIT OR HINDER
IT’S USE.
BACK ORDERS - When we are out of stock on an item, we will ship when it is available. We can cancel the back order if you notify us before the item is shipped.
Do you accept International orders from foreign countries? YES. Canada, Europe, Japan, Australia, India, plus others. Additional shipping charges will apply to all International orders and to all product exchanges. International Customers If you are an International customer, you will be charged the regular shipping rate as is computed for orders within the U.S. We will then send you a "Money Request" to request the additional shipping charge necessary to ship your order to your country. We will not ship an order until the additional shipping charge is received.
