Our Policies
Exchanges If you return an item that you would like exchanged for a different size, style or color, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to send the new item to you. The shipping rates shown on Our Shipping page also apply to exchanged items. In order to exchange an item, please send an email message immediately to let us know that you would like to return an item. Please provide us with a description of the item that you would like to exchange it for. Include date of original order and the name the order was placed in. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a "Money Request" through PayPal for the additional shipping amount needed to ship the new item to you. We will not ship the new order until the additional shipping charge is received.
Lost Shipments By placing an order with us you agree that you will not hold Spirit Connection Store liable for any orders lost or damaged while in the possession of USPS . If your package does not arrive after a reasonable (Please allow 30 days for domestic deliveries.) Please notify us by e-mail. We will file a claim with the PO. Please note that there is no way for us to guarantee delivery once a package leaves our hands. We also have no control over whether customs will delay your shipment, and if so for how long. You may be charged an import duty on your purchase. This varies from country to country. Check with your local customs office for details.
